Description: My pops was commenting about the dipper which got us looking up at the stars and sky, which is when we realized there was a line of lights loving together. We sat there a long time and counted 38 lights following each other in a line from the SW to NE passing in front of the dipper constellation. There were no blinking lights. They just looked like semi bright stars. Each of the lights would appear suddenly in a certain area maybe 1/4 up in the sky, rather than off in the distance like a plane would. They would follow each other with about 15 to 20 seconds before the next would appear.

It was just so weird because it was so consistent and repetitive, but they seemed to react when they had to (planes/helicopters). There was no noise and no colors. They moved faster than the airplanes at times.

The whole thing took almost 45+ minutes. We don’t know how long before we were watching it started. We tried to get videos and pictures, but it was hard.

Note: Here is another sighting of Star-Link satellites.
